Paralympian Naser is from an indigenous tribe in Kuwait but now resident in Wales United Kingdom. He is a high-level accomplished Paralympian who raced his wheelchair in the 100meter finals of the Paralympic Games in London (2012) and in Rio (2016). He is a premierscience graduate, one of the top three in Kuwait, in the field of transmission and distribution of electrical energy from the College of Technology of Kuwait. He is a role model for the disabled and abled at his University in Wales where he now studies physics. Naser motto is “you can achieve anything with hard work and dedication” and believes that there is a silver lining beneath every cloud. He is a role model team player who enjoys working and helping others in every aspect of life.
